About Counsellor:
I am delighted to introduce myself as an individual whose passion lies in helping students discover their unique strengths and interests to help pave the way for exciting academic journeys. My approach is rooted in active listening, empathy, compassion and collaboration. This has helped me build a good rapport with my students to effectively provide personalized support and guidance.
I am trained as a Finance & Accounts professional from ICAI and later Symbiosis Institute of Management. I also completed my Bachelor of Education program and Global Career CounsellorCertification from UCLA extension, as I have always shared a passion for learning, teaching and counseling. I co-founded and helped build a successful business in 2016 along-with my husband. Being self-employed provides a work-life balance and flexibility of creating my own schedule. I am a proud mother of two wonderful kids who have helped further strengthen my view that every individual has unique talents and strengths which makes them special.
In today’s ever evolving career landscape there is limited exposure, lack of guidance and inadequate resources. This often leads to lack of awareness amongst students about their own interests, aspirations and also about the available career choices.Hence, I have started a company that can play a significant role in narrowing the awareness gap, fostering a more informed and empowered workforce of the future. As an entrepreneur, I strongly believe that combining innovation, technology, and collaboration can help empower students to make informed decisions about their future careers.
Being born and raised in a small town, I am familiar with the difficulty students face in Tier 2 and 3 cities of India. Hence, my aim is to extend our services to such places as well and help provide awareness and information about educational and professional choices available in today’s world.

Career Ascend was incredibly helpful in guiding me toward the right career path.
